Description:    Patches FTAPE v1.14d to support the new extra-length 170MB
		DC2120XL tapes that drives such as the Colorado Jumbo 350
		can use.  This patch is #ifdef'ed so you can enable or
		disable it if needed.  Note that if you don't have a drive
		that supports 170MB cartridges, or only plan to use the
		regular 125MB tapes, you won't need this patch.
